Incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on June 2002, under the name of Premier Combination Sdn. Bhd. In March 2003, the company changes its name to Oriental Housetop Sdn. Bhd. as a subsidiary company of Oriental Castle Sdn. Bhd.

Oriental Castle Sdn. Bhd, an investment and holding company is a Malaysian incorporated company dealing in general &building material, motor business, steel manufacturing and property developments.

Besides, the incorporation of Oriental Housetop Sdn. Bhd. is to strengthen the company's foothold in the roofing industry in Malaysia by tapping into the management & financial strength & networking of the Oriental Castle Group of Companies.
